The company integrates activities across a Research and Development Department responsible for innovating, an Engineering Department that delivers scaled iterations of bioreactors and bioprocess, and the Operations Department responsible for ensuring the company runs smoothly. These Departments work seamlessly together towards delivering technology that allows a sustainable alternative protein to diversify food stuffs for food security across the world. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing processes and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

We are seeking a professional, organised, and proactive Accounts Payable Assistant to support financial operations across our business.
- Processing invoices and matching them to purchase orders
- Inputting and updating data
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Preparing weekly payment runs
- Raising purchase orders for intercompany recharges
- Managing the accounts payable inbox
- Carrying out company card reconciliation
Essential
- Excellent attention to details and ability to cope with repetitive tasks
- Strong organisational skills and ability to deliver accurately and on time
- A collaborative team player with good communication skills
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
Desirable
- Experience with XERO (accounting leger)
- Familiarity with ApprovalMax (purchase order and invoice processing)
- Knowledge of Airwallex (payment system)
